Of course not. You've just paid 5 billion dollars for the coup there. Just like with Georgia in 2008. You've paid for their military training, provided them with weapons, promised help... man your officers have leaded the Georgian military units... But in case of a real military conflict you just disappear and your "friends" had the only opinion to do this:
On a serious note. His army was trained by Americans. It was equipped by American weapon. It was commanded by Americans. What kind of help he's got form the USA when his army was involved into a war with Russia?
