NOT a weapon (non military and non a civilian one). It's a 4.5mm sports riffle which is based on AK-105 and does not require a license (you can buy it as an addition to a beer pack). I've bought this toy for my son about
10 years ago (note the rifle is not new and it was used a lot). It was made by the Kalashnikov Concern (IZHMASH) using the same technology and the same materials that being used for the production of military guns. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see the quality of steel it is made of. The Chinese guns are looking like you can reap them like a tin can with just a screwdriver.
