democracy is 2700 years old and was invented 2000 years before america was even found. what this country have done with it in less than 500 years have nothing to do anymore with the basic idea.

if there would not be so many of you, we should really sponsor a flight to switzerland for every US-citizen to SEE what democracy can be and in HOW good condition a country CAN be when the politicians can only reccomend laws and rules.
and yes - switzerland also have a lot of immigrants and refugees and the do also speak 4 languages in that small country but they understand each other.
