I have selected a few points that todays self proclaimed 'liberals' actually oppose:
1. they hate freedom of speech. They want to shut up everyone who is not agreeing with them and will use violence to achieve it.
2. Goes hand in hand with the hatred of freedom of speech. They even tried to put the label "fake news" on every media outlet that isn't selling their propaganda, whether it was a legitimate news outlet or not wasn't the criteria - the criteria was "Are they critical about Clinton? Don't they bash Trump 24/7 like we do? Fake news."
3. Trump was elected by people voting for him in a representative democratic system. All of a sudden, because their candidate didn't win, they hate democracy. They undermine the democratic system by violently protesting because their establishment candidate didn't win. "Fuck the voters, we rather have a dictatorship"
4. The hardcore crazy protesting leftwing so called "liberals" hate white males. They literally say this out loud - even white males themselves.
If you have a dick, and you are white, you suck. This is racism AND sexism all in one.

Liberalism today: Freedom of speech hating, freedom of the press hating, democracy hating violent racist sexists.
= Fascism

So then, Gorsuch's "Fascist Forever" club was not a "counter of the lefftwing movement" like you first claimed , because going by your logic, leftwing in 1984 and fascism is the same thing. DUH!
