There are some very tight NDAs available as examples - it takes 1 hr to customize them. For domestic low revenue projects, customize your own. For international, high money, litigious counter-parties, or unequal relationships (you and Goldman Sachs, for instance), you should provide your attorney with all the relevant data, tell your attorney about the desired outcome in detail, and expect to pay for 8 hours.
