To be clear i'm not talking abouf what if someone breaches it. The question has nothing to do with the other party. For instance, let's use a sale as an example. For sake of argument we will use two US companies. They are merely talking and comparing each others numbers to see what options that opens up or closes off. The NDA is simply about not disclosing the numbers. Pretty straight forward. IMO. If an attorney told you it would take 12 hours, heck even 8, for something this straightforward, would you think this guy is a ripoff artist and padding the bill like a tranny hooker putting dish sponges in his bra.
