you are famous in all what you say just thinking one step but not the next steps.
sure it canīt be that 25% or 50% can go to workers in the FIRST step because there are costs in every production.
these costs are automatically revenue for other companies (and their workers) and even the win of the high paid management will product consumption what will again produce work and profit.

with other words - even a high paid manager who buys a boat from his salary is producing MORE work as the small guy ho goes to buy a pack of toast bread.

to understand how much is really going into the worker's hands you have to watch the money flow from the beginning to the end - from hand to hand.
