It always depends on your traffic and the ad size/placement.

That said, economies tend to be zero-sum. Prices for any given ad zone will hover around an average on all networks because of supply and demand. If there was a better deal somewhere, people would take it, and it would stop being a deal. So arguably it doesn't matter what you use.

In practice, it's most profitable to use as many different networks as possible. If you have three ad zones on a page, use three different ad networks for them. If you're going to show more than one popup, show them from different networks.
