Well my model bailed me out, she just happen to be going to an adult store (I didn't ask) and picked up a bottle of "Jizz". She too was like why fake it?
That did the trick although the model did not enjoy having that stuff in her mouth so I probably won't use it like that going forward.
I am thinking can use the jizz to spread around her face and cheeks (looked very realistic) and maybe some of your suggestions for the part that is in her mouth, they sound a lot tastier.
