He's been called worse 24/7 for the last year. This won't affect him that much. That's the problem with calling people you disagree with hitler, fascists, nazi etc. Crying wolf over and over again devaluing attacks. I think there is certainly a reason CPAC and institutions wanting respectability would retreat from him but there is no way he's not going to continue to be a cultural phenomemon.
