You are correct this isn't the first time, but what are you trying to achieve by trash talking? I am in communication with all the parties, I can do no more.
Look up FATCA - the american govt has a lot to answer for for making banking in this industry almost impossible.
I can't publicly say what has happened to us, but let me just say that banking in this business is now 100x harder than it was say 2 years ago and continues to be a complete and utter bitch.
