If you have a CCBILL affiliate program it would be cool if you considered this.
Almost whole Central and Eastern Europe is blacklisted (missing from the signup pages data) by default unless you change it when creating program account or later by contacting CCBILL support.
I’ve recently moved back for a while to my native country and I can’t sign up to like hmm.. 10-20% CCBill programs.
Some countries that are missing from the list:
Bulgaria
Croatia
Estonia
Latvia
Lithuania
Poland
Romania
Russia
Ukraine
... and a few smaller ones
On a side note:
Nigeria is listed lol.

China too
I know this list has been set due to larger percentages of fraudulent sales back then. I wonder since how long they have been keeping the list this way? 2000s? Or even pre? But is this still valid?
Well, if some of you won’t fix it you will not be getting my legit, pure seo and social traffic.

Sure it’s very little but one day it might grow.

And who knows which whale you are blocking too. And if you are a smaller fish (site/program) with nothing unique not many webmasters from those countries will bother to contact you and ask for changing the list.
I have thought I will post about it here for your own good and for the mutual business. I don’t care that much cause it’s only smaller share of CCBILL programs and usually smaller programs and standalone paysites.
