A man who can't even handle his own Twitter account with any measure of responsibility is supposed to "solve" a complex international political issue involving nuclear weapons?

Every crisis in the Trump administration has been manufactured by themselves. So while the president is keeping busy by shooting himself in the foot repeatedly, who is going to handle a real crisis? It will will happen eventually. We're going to see that he handles it the same way he handles everything else. Bumbling discombobulation and passing blame/responsibility to anyone but himself.
