Yeah... the joke thats gone from decades of threatening South Korea to threatening the USA with a nuclear attack... thanks to Obama "brushing him off".
That's serious by any measure and he wouldn't have nuclear weapons to threaten anyone with had sanctions been enforced while he was spitting in everyone's face from the UN to IAEA, US, Japan, China etc.
Even Bill Clinton was planning to bomb them.
