you really gotta learn to use your creativity
1) contact your host and switch to monthly hosting until you get back on your feet. higher per month fee prob but at least that way you don't need to pay the whole year up front with cash you don't have
2) contact peeps who operate successfully in your niches and seek out their advice and critiques on how to effectively monetize your sites. if you can't afford to pay them for their time offer them a free ad on your site, a new logo or banner, whatever makes sense for you both
3) apply what you learn and work really hard
