4% is good. It's too soon for Dems to have sweeping wins everywhere because Trump's redhats haven't had enough losing yet and the reality of Trump's extreme criminal legal issues hasnt sunk in yet they're still in denial, and their healthcare hasn't been taken away yet under Trumpcare
