If someone has something hateful to say, they can write it on their house walls or their car windows, or carry a sign saying in big letters whatever it is they want to say. If it's that important that they HAVE to make it public, then why hide online and not do it in person?

and thatīs exactly the reason for this law because internet can not be a playfield for psychos and haters.
it can not be left uncontrolled because we all see where that leads to.
and no american shall tell me that we have a lost of freedom.
i prefer to be stopped by a german police officer as by an american. when i go though german security and i donīt like it i CAN complain it - you guys can not because you will end up a night in jail.
before we talk about freedom we should talk about UNDERSTANDING that freedom have a limit.
