The difference is that the posters could don't accept to add an error to any page of their websites to cover his black SEO tactics (who could want to do it?!). For this Theporndude took care of giving them the code to insert on their site, so that he could avoid to explicitly asks to omit the alt text, (something they might have asked the reason for).
If your question instead is:, "why theporndude.com does not include alt="" in his text?"
The answer is that: again, it is due to the fact that seeing the part of the code: alt="", a partner could ask the reason for an empty alt text. And he can't reply "It is just to cover my black SEO tactics".
