From now until at least 2020, every supreme court pick or federal judge just has to get to 51 votes in the senate, where they used to have to get 60 votes to overcome filibuster. If the dems get a president elected, do you think republicans will hold back on impeachment? From now on, every president may face impeachment as a political test.
