Who've told you that I'm proud of this? It's just a constipation of fact. When you read stats about accidents that involve drunk drivers in Russia, you should realize that a big percent of these cases is not even considered as DUI in other countries.
And yes, Russian driving culture is much lower than the US one, for example.
