You say that but there were referrals from Yandex and possibly some conversions -- I do not know for fact either way.
It's possible some Russian expats in the West use it and they may have Mastercard or VISA and be able to buy.
This domain blocks Baidu -- maybe it shouldn't -- but the baidu bot is a parasite hogging bandwidth. The same may be true of Baidu -- many wealthy Chinese have credit cards from Western banks they also know how to get around the firewall of China.
There are over 1 billion Indians, most worthless to us. However there are a few million that have money (disposable income) and credit cards.
