You don't need an attorney.
Do this: First, collect all of the notes, screen shots, emails and conversations that you have with your client. Create a document that highlights the important aspects. Then contact your payment processor and let them know that this chargeback was not authorized and that you want to contest it. They will tell you what you can do and what your options are.
