Don't be a clown. These are long time planed joint Russian-Belorussian military drills "West 2017". This is not some secret operation/preparation. Everything is well highlighted in the news etc. Watch the videos:
The Russian draft amateur army just gets trained. The guys have to play a war sometimes to be fit.
A hint for OP and everyone else who thinks that geography is some STD: Belorussia is located to the west of Russia. Course Russian troops have to move west in order to participate in the joint military drills.
