No one blows the mopes on a bukkake set just to get them hard... that's laughable. I've seen girls in (mostly Euro) bukkakes/gangbangs blowing the mopes, but they're (obviously) on screen and part of the carnival atmosphere.
Pro tip: don't believe everything you see on TV, read in magazines and newspapers, or even things you find on the internet.
