Never looked to the stats lately, just noticed loads of Ukrainian plates and the language I hear everyday now.

And yeah, the $ rate is lower now, home prices have gone sky high along with 20% home loan downpayment requirement quote.

Well, at some point Poland wins too having Ukrainians working not Syrians just taking $ off the budget.
