Conveniently left the rest out though. Well done.

It was also the jews who stoned Stephen because "he was a martyr".

He left it out because the practice of stoning is from old testament (as they mention Moses) while Jesus is in the new testament and since he taught people to love each other he didn't approve the stoning.

Old testament is still the part of Bible though and there are tens of stories full of killing, murder, sex, incest, torture and other perverted shit.
