- From my own experimenting it's very fast for large files, slow for thumbnails (too much latency)

- OVH Object Storage (standard OpenStack APIs, S3 compatible I think)
- Haven't tested yet but super cheap and it's OpenStack so it's open
- Not much documentation or resources so you need to know your way around OpenStack

- Digital Ocean just released something in beta

Brandon , ovh is cheap but you have to install all of the softwares by yourself.
