Ok, I'll try. In my dealings with Russians the entrepreneurs are motivated just like us. Trying to get ahead for themselves and their families. 98% of the time they speak English, but that is most of Europe and Asia now (the entrepreneurial population, not general). Russians get exasperated more easily than Americans and are less confident that they'll have time to do what they need. But they want to create unique things just like we do.
Russians like cool stuff, and superlatives. Russians secretly envy successful Americans, but have no respect for stupid Americans. Stupid people in the US don't envy anyone, but smart Americans sometimes envy successful Russians.
