They should introduce hefty gun tax and a central registry of owners...introduce a buy back of illegal weapons at motivating prices with no strings attached to get as many guns off the street as possible...make huge fines for lost guns...make bullets expensive...tax the fuck out of semi auto military rifles...
It will not stop all shootings but it will reduce them...
