I would test both models.
A lot depends on your traffic, how well it converts and what volume we are talking.
The higher the volume the better you might do upselling your other Passes.
But if you want to maximize revenue per visitor then try a one year option for $99.95 or thereabouts (also good for discount offers and mailings).
But whatever you try definitely A-B test for sure.
