it was not thin when you include that since 1976 every election was a landslide victory for the reps.
without the moore problems and without trump in the white house any rep candidate (or even his dog) would win with 80% there.
the red hats lost their biggest castle - and now wait what happens to the ones with a smaller rep majority.
