They will give you support when they will feel like it or when they will have fixed their theme/ plug in issue. Wp-script was seems great at first but SO MANY UPDATE/ Broken fixed and so on. Got one website using wp-script STILL  and i will not do the update reading this thread. My only problem right now is to find a way to transfer 400+ video and using a different plug in player and i dont know what will be the result lol and i don't feel to do it all manually one by one  ...... but if my site get broke again I will make the move ; Transfer 10 video + per day up to 40 days or so  ... I've been looking at a plugin called WP All Import actually spent about 45 minutes watching their videos last night - By chance have you tried this it looks quite promising and I would love to hear some feedback from anyone who has tried it.
