The September shows in Berlin and Prague, XBiz and TES, had free lunch. No one had to leave the show floor, everyone did business and/or networked over simple but satisfying lunch. No one had to spend more money finding and buying lunch.
The lunch hour is in the middle of the program schedule day, so make it be part of the schedule.
