I just read he is autistic. A surviving brother told the details. I just wonder why they (or someone else) kept a gun accessible to an autistic teenager.
Due to his autism he won?t be in jail. Probably a group home with heavy counseling. I doubt he?ll be rehabilitated yet taxpayers will pay to keep him alive, fed well and get decent medical care.
