wow if you just read this it sounds like he didn't report it cause the 100 times he was able to watch but when he took the dog in his locked bedroom he felt he had to report it.. Don't know who is more fucked up the guy that would see this 100 times and not say anything or the guy fucking the dog. I say lock them both up!
