if its 2 years old and getting 6.3k a month, 70k would be a nice estimate.
with only 5 months, i wouldnt pay more than 12-15k for it (and even that is pushing it)
atleast with the data i have now. could be you did full on blackhat seo, and a ton of other factors i can not judge now
