I am pretty sure they believed it was actually funny for both them and the people they shot at. If they come from some uncivilized shithole they don't understand the dangers and they find many things funny even if they are not.. What surprises me is the fact that I dont see any policemen at the scene.
If they did this in here, the police would arrive in 5 minutes and took them.
