Is this just me, or have others seen this issue?

When I verified my account I was sent to finish the signup.

There is no "United States" option for Citizenship.



Under Country Of Birth there is an option for "United States"



But again for Country Of Residence there is no option for "United States"



Has anyone else seen this?
