When a person over extends themselves in life, helping and empathizing too much for other people.. To the point it starts to have a detrimental effect on their health and a severe toll on the quality of life.. The first thing they need to do is drop any lateral thinking and start back tending to themselves (being selfish) full time until they are whole again.
You can't help other people when you yourself need help. America needs to shut its borders for a few years while it allows its people and middle class to become whole again.
Middle class is what runs this country.
