The story reports that a Harvard Professor, in an essay, stated that there were 3 ways it could go if Trump got impeached. Your image showed the text of one of those ways.

The story is true, a Harvard Professor wrote such an essay.

Does the Harvard Professor know what he's talking about? I have no idea but the story just says he wrote the essay and that is a true story.

That is NOT what FAKE news is and it is not reporting false information.
