Democrats and Republicans even previously had a budget agreement which included this, but Trump wouldn't sign it during the previous budget vote a month ago. Trump orginally agreed to fund both, but then went back on his word. Democrats agreed to go alomg with the extension last time and were promised it would be sorted this time..
