I am talk about the tools, inside the google webmaster tools.
Did you realy belive they ban or test millions of sites, per hand?
If the people didnt found porn at google they went to bing or duck
and at least the search engine that offers both, main and porn will get the traffic.
People are to lazy to use two search engines.
