Sorry PR Glen, but the intel agencies didn't determine shit. That was another lie from Hillary and the Democrats. Even the New York Times had to retract the story claiming 17 intel agencies determined Russia interfered. You can watch the Congressional testimony from Comey, Clapper and others admitting that Russia didn't do anything that affected the outcome.
