I know Streammate and others require you to list them as the registrant of the domain. That's a big no no in my book no matter how well respected the program is. With the way the industry is going with programs shutting down everywhere and how big companies like Naughty America / Naughty Revenue is blantantly ripping off people left and right, be very very careful when WL companies ask you to transfer the ownership of the domain to them. What would stop them from banning your account for "violations" of their TOC and keep the domain for themselves? Or if they shut down/restructure their program, they could just keep your domains. That's just my two cents. If you got good domains, think twice.
