Looking for content that is permitted for video ad production. We don't need exclusive rights.

Brazilian/Portuguese/Korean/Chinese girls are what we're looking for
Variety of models
Short duration video clips (<5 minutes or so). Even 3-20 seconds is fine as long as it's diverse and sexy.
Up to $5 USD per clip depending on the complexity and duration
Able to read various scripts in the required language (optional)
Preferably amateur looking content (webcam or smartphone camera is fine if the lighting is sufficient)

We can also work with still images to supplement, but video clips are preferred.

Any packages available that would fill some of our needs or resources that would best fit here?
