For breakfast for the past 5+ years ive had the following:

2 Scoops Egg Protein
1 Cup Raw Oats
1 Banana
3 Tbps Natural PB
1.5 Cup Ice
Walden Farms Calorie Free Chocolate Syrup (to taste)

Gains meal/meal replacement
