This is a very mature industry.
Think, Detroit.
But if you have something VERY DIFFERENT it might work.
o2o, online to offline, offline to online.
Maybe connect with some gay bars/bath houses (does that sitll happen?).
They might be willing to collaborate with you and share their email lists if it can also make them some money and generate foot traffic.
