A recent Illinois law allows people who are in jail awaiting trial but have not yet been convicted to vote in person, rather than by mail. Sounds like they have been able to vote before, just by mail. Only difference is the chumpanzees are now desperate and grasping at straws

Chumpanzees are against people voting legally. I see some states do allow felons to vote once they serve their time. suppress suppress

On the bright side those in chump's circle that have pled guilty may be able to vote depending on in which state they live.
