I think we should allow illegals to have driver's licenses. This sounds completely illogical until you give it some thought. No driver's license means you cannot drive. Sounds about right until you factor in no driver's license means they cannot register a car, and if they cannot register a car they cannot get insurance. This is why insurance rates in Arizona (and California and I am guessing all of the other border states) is so expensive.
I don't want illegals to have a driver's license. But if it means at least some of them will have insurance it's a good thing.
Of course, having all of these illegals register to get a driver's license means ICE can easily find them if needed.
