I had to ask CB Support@ to disable my 2-Step because of my new phone, and loss of 10 Backup Codes.
I had to submit ID, and paper with date and secret word. They disabled 2-Step quickly.
Got 2-Step re-enabled.
Got 10 Backup Codes saved safely. Reminded them that under SMS there is no option for multiple phone numbers (e.g. one for US and one for Europe).
Went to Payment page. Button allowed me to remove previous method (FCP) and add new.
